What you'll do

Lead and mentor LRU Technician team, providing technical guidance and training.
Plan and assign daily tasks, managing workflow for timely project completion.
Execute precise electromechanical assembly of avionics hardware to deliver integrated units.
Ensure adherence to military and aerospace cleanliness standards during component handling.
Identify, document, and resolve non-conformances through root cause analysis.
Oversee maintenance of accurate build records and full traceability in compliance with standards.
Perform advanced functional testing on avionics assemblies, ensuring compliance with specifications.

What we're looking for

5+ years of direct LRU technician experience in aerospace or related industries.
Expert-level knowledge of electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems for LRUs.
Advanced proficiency with test equipment for complex troubleshooting.
Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.
Ability to read and train others on technical documentation and schematics.
Willingness to work flexible hours and potentially be on-call.
Current certifications in NASA-STD-8739.3, IPC-A-610 (Class 3), etc.
