As a Telecommunications Analyst at GDIT, you will join the Network and Telecommunications team to support the FAA customer by maintaining and enhancing unified communication services. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and modifying telecommunications systems, monitoring vendor operations, conducting usage studies, planning equipment installations, troubleshooting complex hardware issues, and providing end-user training on AVAYA and ZOOM platforms. You will need experience with IP-based telephony, PBX platforms, digital voice technologies, and strong communication skills for after-hours support. The role requires a Public Trust and SECRET clearance, as well as at least 3 years of relevant telecommunications experience.

What you'll do
