Telecommunications Partnership Manager (Starlink Mobile)

What you'll do

• Support and drive technology partnerships for Starlink Mobile, including modem, mobile OEM, IoT, and test equipment.
• Develop certification roadmaps aligned with product development cycles for partner products.
• Produce system documentation and roadmaps for internal and external consumption at executive levels.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure partner products meet all conformance requirements for the Starlink Mobile network.
• Manage certification testing campaigns, including scheduling tests and implementing corrective actions.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in partnership management, technical account management, or sales/pre-sales engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, physics) or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with UE testing and device certification programs for complex wireless products.
• Proven track record of building and managing industry partnerships with major OEMs and certification ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP RAN5 specifications, test procedures, and conformance requirements (NR and NR-NTN).
• Desire to be customer-facing and build strong, long-term partner relationships in the telecommunications industry.
