What you'll do

Lead the strategic direction and execution of DevOps platform capabilities.
Define and deliver standardized CI/CD pipeline frameworks across engineering teams.
Ensure integration of pipelines with security gates and observability tools.
Partner with SRE, Security, and Architecture teams to implement monitoring standards.
Deliver a self-service DevOps platform that enhances developer productivity.
Manage SLAs for DevOps platform services to ensure reliability and performance.

What we're looking for

8+ years of technology experience and 4-6 years of direct supervision experience
Experience with CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI
Strong understanding of DevOps, platform engineering, and software delivery practices
Background in DevSecOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering
Familiarity with observability practices including logs, metrics, traces, SLOs
Experience managing enterprise developer tooling environments and leading SRE teams
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
