What you'll do

  • Design and implement end-to-end onboarding processes for new technologies.

  • Identify and close gaps in data pipelines feeding the modernization dashboards.
  • Serve as a bridge between the Modernization Office and software development teams.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, platform engineering, or AI/ML.
  • Proficient in Kubernetes, Istio, Rancher, Git, Helm, Ansible, Chef, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, and AppDynamics.
  • Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and automating API integrations using tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven, and Gradle.
  • Hands-on experience developing AI/ML models and ensembles with a track record of building self-service developer tooling.
  • Ability to design technical training programs and deliver hands-on workshops for software developers and DevOps practitioners.
