The ideal candidate has over a decade of experience in Procure to Pay systems, SAP Ariba configuration, and global transformation programs, along with expertise in Agile methodologies, data governance, change management, and finance within the Source-to-Pay process.

What you'll do

  • Lead deep dive design sessions and workshops for Ariba sub-processes.
  • Capture process flows, exceptions, decision points, and narrative details.
  • Define master data validation scenarios and test cases for end-to-end processes.
  • Support System Integration by building acceptance criteria and validation scenarios.
  • Track readiness for integration, UAT, cutover, and propose corrective actions.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience with Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable systems
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, including configuration and customization
  • Extensive experience in delivering global transformational programs using various methodologies
  • Deep expertise in Source-to-Pay processes and change management practices
  • Strong coordination skills for successful deployments and stakeholder adoption
  • Experience with integration patterns, APIs, data mapping, and governance practices
  • Knowledge of finance and taxes within the Source to Pay process
