What you'll do

Lead team execution of planned sprint activities and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
Remove impediments related to feature development, build challenges, and operational support conflicts.
Develop and debug applications across the full software development life cycle, contributing to system enhancements.
Assist with deployment and resolution of critical issues in lab and operational systems.
Mentor junior team members to meet sprint commitments and project milestones.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
Strong hands-on programming expertise in Java and web development (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with unit testing tools like Junit and Mockito, RESTful API, JSON, XML, XSD.
Proficiency in Spring Framework, Spring Security, Spring Boot, Linux, and version control systems (Git/Subversion).
Proven experience as a Scrum Master within the Agile/SAFe framework.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
