What we're looking for
Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology or related field with 7+ years of project management experience.
Must have at least 3 years of leadership experience directing project tasks and managing cross-functional technical initiatives.
Experience working in regulated healthcare environments, including HIPAA compliance, is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously are essential.
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and portfolio management tools is required.
Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and coordinating with stakeholders across engineering, analytics, operations, and product development.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are highly preferred.
