What you'll do

Oversee the creation or optimization of technical product offerings, processes, or programs.
Manage project plans, risks, and budgets to ensure timely delivery within scope.
Lead cross-functional teams through Continuous Improvement projects from start to finish.
Conduct data collection and statistical analysis to inform program schedules and deliverables.
Coach and train teams on process methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Influence stakeholders for continuous improvement and alignment across functions.

What we're looking for

Over 8 years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Expert knowledge of Program Management methods and Product Development & Release procedures.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology (certification preferred).
Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
Expertise using project management software such as MS Project, QuickBase, or Office Timeline.
