What you'll do
- Ensure integration of Lam lab architectural standards and Best Known Methods (BKM) during design.
- Integrate Lam lab automation standards and BKM into the build phase of new labs.
- Oversee operational standard integration and BKM application during startup of new labs.
- Direct project managers’ goals, roles, and responsibilities for assigned projects.
- Coach teams in process methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance performance.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and ensure alignment.
- Deliver sustainable change management programs that maintain long-term success.
What we're looking for
- At least 8 years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results with strong leadership skills.
- Expert knowledge in Program Management methods and Product Development & Release procedures.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, QuickBase, and Office Timeline.
- Deep understanding of Semiconductor fabrication or related industries (preferred).
