What we're looking for

6+ years experience in Application Support, Business Analyst, or TPM roles.
Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), microservices architectures, and Java-based applications.
Knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models for intelligent automation.
Experience with chatbot and IVR technologies, including live chat and Interactive Voice Response systems.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel.
