Booz Allen is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to spearhead a large-scale modernization effort focused on transforming legacy HR and personnel applications into a more secure, sustainable environment using Salesforce, Public Sector Solutions, Omnistudio, ServiceNow, OutSystems, MuleSoft, and other connected systems. This role involves leading delivery across application refactoring, DevSecOps, human-centered discovery, enterprise integration, API development, and data migration while managing customer coordination, staffing, schedules, risks, dependencies, reporting, and cross-workstream execution. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in complex enterprise application delivery and Salesforce-based programs, with deep knowledge of Agile program execution, Salesforce governance, and the ability to manage large cross-functional teams. Experience in federal modernization efforts involving HR systems is a plus, as well as certifications like PMP or SAFe Agilist.

What we're looking for
10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise application delivery and digital transformation programs.
7+ years of experience leading Salesforce-based enterprise programs in federal or highly regulated environments.
Proven ability to manage large cross-functional teams across various technical disciplines.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce delivery, governance, and security model implications.
Expertise in Agile program execution with strong backlog governance and risk management skills.
Secret clearance required; experience supporting Air Force or DoD modernization efforts preferred.
