What we're looking for

  • Experience in software engineering or technical operations with shipped internal tooling or automation systems.
  • Solid Python proficiency applied to scripting, automation, or backend services.
  • Hands-on experience designing and optimizing both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with React and related frontend technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data and build solutions that drive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity and deep interest in applying AI to enhance tooling and productivity.
  • Experience presenting technical architecture or recommendations to varied audiences, including non-engineers (preferred).
  • Strong debugging skills, security-conscious engineering instincts, and experience with external partners or media platforms (preferred).
