As a Technical Consultant at Ramp, you will join the Customer Activation & Account Management team to establish and maintain partnerships with customers by acting as a liaison between them and internal technical teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assessing customer requirements, proposing scalable solutions involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations, and collaborating with onboarding specialists to ensure faster time-to-value for customers. You will also troubleshoot integration issues, contribute to internal documentation, and influence the product roadmap by channeling customer feedback. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in technical consulting or a similar role within SaaS or fintech, familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics, and strong communication skills to translate complex technical solutions into business value. Additionally, proficiency in APIs, system architecture, and finance/accounting workflows is essential for this fast-paced environment.
Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams on high-value implementations.

What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in technical consulting or solutions engineering roles, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
Expertise in ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows.
Proficiency with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
Collaborative mindset for cross-functional work with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
