What we're looking for

Experience with Production Support, Major Incident Management (MIM), and data privacy compliance.
Proficient in performance tuning, query optimization, and using JIRA for issue tracking.
Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic and IBM WebSphere required for technology installations.
