What you'll do

  • Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements for customer projects.
  • Lead multiple concurrent deployment projects to ensure long-term customer success.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation effectively.
  • Provide hands-on technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Okta service.
  • Apply knowledge of identity federation technologies (SAML 2.0, OAuth) in customer solutions.
  • Mentor customers on the use of Auth0 platform and engage with Product Management for product development.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with JavaScript and major MVC frameworks (Angular, React).
  • Expertise in identity federation protocols like OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures.
  • Ability to work independently and support development across multiple functions.
  • Experience designing and implementing security and identity management solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
