Team Lead - Production

What you'll do

• Lead technician staff in production and delivery of units scheduled through their work center.
• Prioritize work activities to achieve on-time delivery goals for team members.
• Apply advanced knowledge in hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair during manufacturing operations.
• Build a positive and collaborative team culture focusing on skills development and cross-training.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving production processes and efficiency.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in production-oriented environments
• Full understanding of product life cycle and LEAN manufacturing methods
• Ability to interpret technical documentation such as mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams
• Strong organizational skills with reliability and attention to detail
• Experience leading a production team (preferred)
• Secret security clearance required
• Capable of lifting 35 lbs regularly
