What you'll do

  • Intake, process, and close transactional requests across Deployment Operations.
  • Execute sales order fulfillments end-to-end in the ERP system.
  • Serve as tier-1 support for bugs and issues in deployment team's digital tools.
  • Maintain accurate records across ERP, WMS, and deployment digital tooling systems.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system state to ensure accuracy.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, order management, help desk, or customer service.
  • Comfortable working across multiple business systems (ERP, ticketing, CRM) and reconciling information between them.
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of accurate processing under deadline pressure.
  • Experience executing transactions in an ERP system like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud.
