What you'll do

Lead hands-on integration of complex, heterogeneous hardware and software systems.
Translate Systems Readiness Reviews into aggressive real-world validation campaigns.
Debug physical, electrical, and data boundaries between third-party components and internal products.
Conduct multidisciplinary triage during integration and field testing to diagnose root causes.
Write test plans and lead execution for readiness reviews and acceptance tests.
Travel to customer sites to ensure smooth transition of systems from R&D to operational use.

What we're looking for

8+ years of Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test experience with emphasis on Right Side activities.
Proven track record of integrating complex multi-domain systems from lab to operational environments quickly.
Hands-on technical expertise in software scripting, debugging hardware issues, and analyzing network traffic.
Demonstrated ability to act as the technical bridge between specialized engineering teams (software, electrical, mechanical).
Experience leading formal customer sell-off milestones and fielding products in challenging conditions.
Ability to travel up to 20% for program support, proposal work, and stakeholder meetings.
