What you'll do

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience administering enterprise software platforms, monitoring tools, or data systems.
Hands-on experience with at least two primary platforms: Splunk, Cribl, Datadog, or Grafana.
Proficiency in using the Linux command line (CLI) for troubleshooting and configuration management.
Proficiency in SQL and other platform-specific query languages to build alerts and dashboards.
Experience managing user roles, permissions (RBAC), and access policies within SaaS or enterprise environments.
Ability to use scripting languages, such as JavaScript, for data manipulation and transformation.
