What you'll do

Contribute to the design and installation of complex automation systems for Lam’s product labs globally.
Manage implementation of lab architectural, automation, and operational guidelines in new lab projects.
Ensure integration of evolving architectural and automation guidelines in the build phase of new labs.
Direct project managers’ goals, roles, responsibilities, and work output during lab startup phases.
Identify and resolve system design weaknesses to enhance next-generation Lam product labs.

What we're looking for

At least 8 years of experience in cleanroom operations or facilities management.
Proven track record in program and project management for complex systems.
Expertise in integrating hardware, software, and firmware into cohesive lab systems.
Strong leadership and influence management skills to direct project managers.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D for design and build projects.
