As a Senior System Reliability & Support Specialist at PNC’s Technology organization in one of their key locations, you will join the Information Delivery team responsible for maintaining and providing reporting data and customer information primarily related to Mortgage and Home Equity loans. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring systems, performing maintenance tasks such as installing patches and upgrades, conducting root cause analysis, and transferring knowledge to junior staff. You will work closely with other teams on upcoming deployments, troubleshooting issues, and addressing vulnerability findings using tools like Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Jira, BigPanda, Jenkins, BitBucket, and SQL Developer. The role requires expertise in ETL Informatica, API Services, SQL, .NET, C#, Exadata, MongoDB, Oracle, and OpenShift Container Platform, as well as a strong understanding of the system development life cycle and IT service management practices.
