What you'll do

Elicit, analyze, and document technical and functional requirements to ensure solutions meet mission objectives.
Develop detailed integration strategies and coordinate cross-team dependencies for seamless system interoperability.
Identify potential risks, evaluate impacts, and create mitigation plans to maintain system stability.
Maintain disciplined configuration baselines, enforce version control, and ensure all modifications follow governance procedures.
Design, configure, and maintain Jira Service Desk projects, workflows, and automation to optimize service delivery.
Navigate Linux systems using the command line interface to manage and support infrastructure.
Define system lifecycle strategies including development, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning phases.
Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and how-to guides for engineering and operations.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must have a Bachelor of Science degree.
Must have 20+ years of related experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency navigating Linux systems using the Linux CLI.
Must have hands-on expertise designing, configuring, and maintaining Jira Service Desk projects.
Must have experience in requirements engineering, integration planning, and lifecycle management.
Security clearance.
