What you'll do

  • Monitor and resolve hardware and software issues for local users.
  • Execute processes to manage information assurance vulnerability alerts (IAVAs).

What we're looking for

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Experience working on complex IT systems including network switches, routers, and operating systems like Windows/Linux.
  • Hands-on experience with data center design and configuration, including rack and stack, power management, and placement.
  • Strong ability to provide technical assistance and document processes for incident resolution.
  • Capable of responding quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and providing detailed status reports.
  • Experience in IT system optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and adhering to best practices.
  • Independent thinker with strong analytical skills who can work both independently and within a team.
