What you'll do

Install, configure, and maintain SCORE workstation hardware, Windows 11 systems, and Blackmagic Design HyperDeck equipment.
Manage local user accounts, access privileges, Role-Based Access Control, and security configurations in an isolated environment.
Perform operating system, application, and firmware updates using approved physical media in air-gapped environments.
Ensure hardware and software remain physically and logically separated from FAA enterprise networks and cloud services.
Monitor storage capacity, audit records, and hardware status to identify and resolve operational failures.
Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and media for end users and support staff.
Provide on-call support for critical incidents during non-duty hours and weekends as required.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of prior relevant experience, or additional experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Suitability clearance (requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency).
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work autonomously and use analytical methods to solve problems and plan sequences of actions.
Experience with professional audio/video recording, media ingest, camera systems, and video production equipment (preferred).
Experience with Blackmagic Design hardware and software, particularly HyperDeck devices and firmware management (preferred).
Experience administering Windows systems in air-gapped or isolated environments without internet connectivity (preferred).
Security Clearance, one.
