As a System Administrator 3-IT in our Data Center Operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our core infrastructure by troubleshooting complex issues and proactively monitoring system performance. You will leverage your expertise in Linux/Windows servers, networking, and power capacity allocation to innovate and improve existing processes through automation. Ideal candidates have 3-8 years of experience in Data Center infrastructure operations, with a focus on incident resolution and process improvement. This role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and involves working closely with internal teams and colocation partners to optimize data center performance and reliability.

What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in data centers.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system failures.
Monitor and maintain documentation on supported technologies and systems.
Coordinate with colocation partners to ensure proper installation and operation of electrical/mechanical systems.
Provide after-hours support as needed, addressing critical incidents promptly.
Work independently to execute small projects and contribute to larger initiatives.

What we're looking for

Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
3-8 years of Data Center infrastructure operations support and server administration
Expertise in power capacity allocation, incident management, systems administration, and networking
Experience supporting large Enterprise customers in an Operations environment
Proven ability to execute process improvements and automate tasks for efficiency
