What you'll do

Design, build, and ship full-stack software solutions with a focus on high velocity.
Use AI coding assistants and modern tooling to write, test, and deploy code efficiently.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer building modern, scalable applications across both the frontend and backend.
Proficiency in using Typescript and Python.
Hands-on experience and deep comfort using AI coding tools to produce clear and maintainable code.
Track record of moving fast and delivering results in an entrepreneurial, startup-like environment.
Demonstrated experience running A/B tests, prototypes, or rapid user experiments.
Ability to self-direct and thrive in an unstructured, highly ambiguous environment.
Relentless appetite for learning new technologies and taking calculated risks.
