What you'll do

  • Lead the Sustainment team to align with customer and contractual expectations.
  • Develop and implement product support plans to meet deliverable deadlines.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to establish design concepts and criteria.
  • Solve problems and remove obstacles for internal and external partners.
  • Use communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of progress and timelines.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in DoD/government logistics or complex program administration.
  • Expertise in logistics management principles and regulatory requirements for the DoD.
  • Technical leadership skills including planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to execution independently.
