What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical requests and issues for the internal developer community.
Automate support processes and develop internal support tooling to reduce manual toil.
Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation, runbooks, and self-service knowledge base content.
Monitor and investigate enterprise identity, authentication systems, and cloud security infrastructure.
Use Generative AI tools to accelerate triage, summarize issues, and draft technical content.
Provide feedback and insights on customer sentiment to influence product and operational improvements.
Analyze security logs to perform incident response and remediation for access management issues.

What we're looking for

Proven ability to deliver superior customer support and advocate for customer needs across complex organizations.
Extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise identity and authentication systems like Okta, SCIM, OIDC/OAuth2, SAML 2.0, and FIDO2/WebAuthn.
Experience supporting distributed cloud applications, securing cloud infrastructure, and working with security platforms like SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
Proficient in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or Go.
Hands-on experience in log analysis, incident response, and investigations related to authentication and access management.
Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, access management best practices, and security monitoring.
Fluency with modern Generative AI tools and techniques to accelerate support engineering workflows while adhering to privacy requirements.
Hands-on use of AI coding assistants or agentic tools to troubleshoot and automate support work.
