What you'll do

Establish new product qualification criteria with Engineering and Purchasing.
Define, support, and implement supplier quality plans and first article inspections.
Validate proper approval and documentation for engineering deviations and substitutions.
Manage all direct and indirect quality-relevant material suppliers and ensure conformance.
Conduct audits at supplier sites to qualify management systems and manufacturing capabilities.
Develop and maintain supplier performance KPIs to assess quality trends and corrective actions.

What we're looking for

BS degree in Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical Engineering required
5+ years experience in quality discipline or related field
ASQ-CQA or RAB certification required
ASQ-CQE certification preferred
In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel; Minitab experience a plus
