With 7-10 years of relevant experience and a degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, you will contribute to the development of next-generation products while sustaining current quality standards.
Lead quality problem resolutions and communicate back to business unit executives.
Support new product development by reviewing specifications and conducting first article inspections.
Drive systemic supplier performance improvement plans to reduce defects and warranty issues.
Conduct audits at supplier sites for part-to-print verification and root cause analysis.
Prepare executive summaries on customer escalations and present Quarter Quality Reviews.
Engage in new product development programs, providing supplier perspective during drawing reviews.
What we're looking for
7-10 years of relevant work experience in engineering or project management.
Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering or related field.
Demonstrated expertise in OEM, BTP and special processes like coating, cleaning.
Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma.
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to lead project teams with complex requirements and negotiate effectively.
Conduct supplier audits including part-to-print verification and root cause analysis.
