What you'll do

  • Develop native iOS applications demonstrating HLS features and best practices.
  • Enhance tools suite to include advanced A/V sync detection, loudness validation, and DRM support.
  • Build robust encryption support for various DRM systems within the tools suite.
  • Collaborate on real-time analysis and triage of streaming issues in live environments.

What we're looking for

  • Strong software development experience in C / C++
  • Expertise in streaming protocols like HLS and DASH
  • Deep understanding of media file formats (ISO base media file format, CMAF, fMP4)
  • Proficient with multi-threaded development and synchronization primitives
  • Solid operating systems and software engineering fundamentals
  • BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of video codecs (H.264, HEVC, AV1) preferred
