We are seeking a Strategic Projects Leader at Oracle Health Customer Success for an individual contributor role requiring 3 to 5+ years of experience. This leader will define and execute the strategic project roadmap to automate the customer success management (CSM) operating model, focusing on initiatives like account coverage, risk identification, QBR preparation, renewal support, and executive reporting. The candidate will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Finance, Technology, Analytics, Operations, and Consulting teams to prioritize automation efforts, improve data quality, and ensure new workflows are adopted by the field. Key responsibilities include translating strategic objectives into clear workstreams, requirements, milestones, success measures, and change-management plans while establishing executive-ready reporting views for consistent visibility into portfolio performance and customer risk. The role demands a strong understanding of CRM tools like Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and proficiency in data-driven approaches to operating model design and automation adoption.
