Staff TDI Site Reliability Engineer

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain enterprise-grade solutions within air-gapped environments.
• Build and monitor development tools, pipelines, and infrastructure with a security-first mindset.
• Maintain SLOs and SLIs for workloads without relying on external monitoring or SaaS tooling.
• Own runbooks and incident response procedures for environments with limited external escalation paths.
• Participate in POA&M remediation and support annual Authority to Operate activities.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines that function without internet connectivity.
• Support and run mission-critical services depended on by product teams.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Automation Engineer, or Systems Engineer.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects at scale.
• Experience with container orchestration and runtime environments including EKS and ECS Fargate.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Terraform and developing automation tools with Python.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, CloudWatch, and the Grafana stack.
• Experience with networking concepts including BGP, IPsec, VPCs, TGWs, and VPC endpoints.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Must be on U.S. soil and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
