Staff Systems Analyst, Sales Tech & Process: TurboTax Assisted

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy all required sales cadences and task architectures in Salesforce.
• Implement complex lead assignment rules and flow automation to route leads efficiently.
• Manage operational integration of the entire Sales Tech Stack including Calendaring and Conversational AI tools.
• Analyze workflow data to identify process improvements and propose scalable efficiency enhancements.
• Serve as primary technical liaison to Product Management, translating sales workflow needs into requirements.
• Ensure accurate mapping and integrity of lead and customer status between Salesforce and IEP systems.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track critical operational KPIs for the Concierge team.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Systems Analyst for high-volume sales organizations.
• Proven expertise in managing and integrating multiple sales technologies, including Conversational AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple technical projects independently and collaborate with Product Managers.
• Expertise in Salesforce HVS administration, Cadence design, and reporting.
