Your responsibilities include building scalable systems with high data integrity, laying technical groundwork for AI-driven categorization suggestions, enhancing internal developer tooling, and maintaining strict standards of correctness, observability, and auditability. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of backend engineering experience in fintech or accounting tech, proficiency in Python or a similar language, and expertise in designing distributed systems with reliability and service observability.
