What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy scalable agentic AI applications and multi-agent systems to solve business challenges.
Lead architecture and technical design for highly available, secure, and performant enterprise platforms.
Translate business requirements and operational workflows into production-ready technical solutions.
Build integrations with AI platforms, APIs, enterprise systems, and large-scale data ecosystems.
Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle including solution design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
Establish standards for agentic AI development, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and LLM integration.
Mentor and coach engineers across teams to foster technical growth and innovation.
Contribute to technology roadmaps to shape the future direction of AI-powered products.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in software engineering with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years of experience without a degree.
Strong experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems and enterprise applications.
Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-native applications and microservices architectures.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical projects from concept to production.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
