As a Staff Software Engineer on the Financial Engineering team within Coinbase’s Platform organization, you will own the architecture and long-term technical strategy for financial data pipelines and reporting systems that ensure accurate tracking and timely reporting of all transactions across crypto, fiat, and new verticals. You will drive the design and delivery of backend services in Golang, applying modern cloud technology to solve complex financial engineering problems at scale. Your responsibilities include leading initiatives to enhance the accuracy and auditability of financial data while partnering with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Compliance teams to develop scalable technical solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
