We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on satellite mission planning. In this role, you will collaborate with software engineers to develop and enhance mission planning capabilities, serving as a Subject Matter Expert by providing technical leadership and guidance on algorithms and operational workflows. You will lead the design of complex features, support requirements analysis, and participate in Agile development activities such as sprint planning and retrospectives. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and work closely with systems engineers and customers to translate mission needs into software solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in satellite mission planning and a strong background in C#, Java, or similar languages, along with knowledge of orbital mechanics and DevSecOps practices. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility and U.S. citizenship.
