  • Create aerodynamics, flight control dynamics, propulsion, pneumatics, and hydraulics characteristics for aircraft models.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
  • Translate complex requirements into scalable software solutions for high-fidelity simulations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required.
  • Experience with real-time simulation and model software development.
  • Proficiency in C++ and/or Python for software development.
  • Expertise in aerodynamics, flight control dynamics, propulsion systems, and aircraft characteristics.
  • Deep knowledge of avionics data bus protocols including MIL STD 1553B and ARINC 429.
  • Ability to design high-performance, scalable, and maintainable software architectures.
