What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record as a technical lead.
  • Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar backend languages.
  • Experience operating and scaling high-availability systems (four 9s) in production.
  • Proven ability to delegate effectively and scale impact through senior engineers.
  • Strong product engineering instinct for translating strategy into clear roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with open banking APIs and bank connectivity patterns preferred.
