What you'll do

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure to provision and manage customer environments.
Develop automation for deployment, provisioning, upgrades, scaling, backup, and disaster recovery.
Build and enhance backend services in Python to orchestrate cloud resources and manage platform lifecycle.
Improve infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, OpenTofu, and related automation frameworks.
Enhance monitoring, observability, alerting, and operational tooling across platform and tenant environments.
Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and rollback mechanisms.
Troubleshoot complex production issues across cloud infrastructure, backend services, databases, and networking.
Participate in production support and on-call rotations to ensure service reliability.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 8 years of software engineering experience.
Must have at least 4 years of experience in cloud platform or infrastructure engineering.
Strong Python programming skills are required.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, OpenTofu, or similar technologies is required.
Experience building cloud-native services using containers and Kubernetes is required.
Experience designing and operating highly available distributed systems is required.
Strong Linux, networking, and troubleshooting skills are required.
Authorized to work.
