As a Staff Software Engineer in the Maritime portfolio team, you will lead the technical delivery of complex software systems for autonomous maritime missions, acting as both an individual contributor and a team leader. What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Secret security clearance required
Proven ability to lead and deliver complex software projects across multiple teams
Experience designing MOSA-compliant systems for plug-and-play integration of sensors and payloads
Expertise in developing frontend and backend systems for multi-domain robotic operations
Strong background in deploying software to edge devices in constrained environments
Deep understanding of architecture selection and design for robotic systems, including hardware and network constraints
