What you'll do

Design and develop software applications to support digital strategies for Medicaid health plans.
Lead the end-to-end design and development of AssignADoc product for PCP assignment across all Medicaid health plans.
Contribute as a co-inventor on the AssignADoc application, which is applied for U.S. patenting.
Engineer core components such as Rules engine to automate and streamline PCP assignment workflows.
Integrate external APIs like Google Distance Matrix to enhance member experience through intelligent provider matching.
Write high-quality code and perform unit testing and bug fixes for software applications.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Java, Python, or Node.js
Expertise in XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proficient in Agile methodologies and SAFe Software Development Principles
Experience with Angular, React, jQuery, or Ajax frameworks
Strong background in SQL or SAS for data management
Extensive knowledge of healthcare data management processes
Design and implement real-time file tracking applications for Medicaid
