  • Implement responsible AI governance to meet security and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and optimize AI KPIs to enhance platform performance.
  • Manage the lifecycle of AI features, including testing and upgrades.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow platform engineering or development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in configuring and securing the ServiceNow platform.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience enabling Now Assist capabilities.
  • Experience working in a central platform or shared services model.
  • Ability to translate enterprise AI strategy into governed platform capabilities.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, privacy, and risk management concepts.
  • Certified in relevant ServiceNow credentials such as CSA, Application Developer.
