What you'll do

Configure and deploy Now Assist capabilities across ServiceNow domains.
Integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow to ensure seamless AI handoffs.
Develop reusable AI configurations for enterprise scalability.
Implement responsible AI governance to meet security and compliance standards.
Monitor and optimize AI KPIs to enhance platform performance.
Manage the lifecycle of AI features, including testing and upgrades.

What we're looking for

7+ years of ServiceNow platform engineering or development experience.
3+ years of experience in configuring and securing the ServiceNow platform.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience enabling Now Assist capabilities.
Experience working in a central platform or shared services model.
Ability to translate enterprise AI strategy into governed platform capabilities.
Familiarity with AI governance, privacy, and risk management concepts.
Certified in relevant ServiceNow credentials such as CSA, Application Developer.
