What you'll do

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 4+ years of reliability engineering experience.
Master’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of reliability engineering experience.
Deep understanding of reliability principles, failure mechanisms, and industry standards (e.g., JEDEC).
Experience with silicon process technology, advanced packaging, and complex Digital SoC product reliability.
