What you'll do

  • Define and execute quality processes for LO and RF systems from concept to production.
  • Review designs and provide feedback on DFM, DFT, DFR, and DFI for LO/RF features.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Control Plans for specialized LO/RF components.
  • Lead PPAP and FAI development for LO/RF components to ensure compliance with unique requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of quality controls in LO/RF manufacturing processes.
  • Audit Quality Management System within LO/RF operations to ensure robust process controls.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other STEM field required
  • 5+ years experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Product Test Engineering focusing on RF systems and Low Observable technologies
  • Proficient understanding of RF concepts including antenna modeling, link-budget analysis, and specialized measurement techniques
  • Experience developing quality control plans for LO/RF components manufacturing and integration
  • Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001-based Quality Management System requirements
  • Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to drive projects in a high-stakes environment
