What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of cybersecurity-relevant work experience or 8+ years without a bachelor’s degree.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience in project/program management and various cybersecurity functions.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field preferred (Cybersecurity, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Ability to support ISRM operating cadence and drive execution discipline across the department.
