What you'll do

Build partnerships with leaders in Product, Program, and Engineering to synchronize Super Cruise development.
Track program milestones with clear criteria based on product requirements and company-wide schedules.
Own the risk register to resolve bottlenecks and develop mitigation plans for systemic risks.
Lead reviews and act as a PMO SME to coach peers on best practices and GM processes.
Manage Jira Align/Jira/Confluence ecosystem to provide executive-level reporting and insights.
Forecast resource needs and ensure compliance with safety-critical software development standards.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering in Tech, Automotive, or Aerospace.
5+ years leading Autonomous Vehicle programs from inception to launch.
Expertise in AV/ADAS platforms including AI-based driving models and validation cycles.
Proficiency in agile and waterfall methodologies with fluency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
Experience working on software and hardware delivery within Automotive OEM vehicle development processes.
Exceptional communication skills to drive alignment among senior executive stakeholders.
