What we're looking for

Experience driving large-scale migrations or platform transitions across multiple teams involving sequencing, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
Demonstrated use of quantitative metrics to drive platform investment decisions.
Track record of partnering with engineering to make architectural trade-offs grounded in user impact.
Engineering background where you have written frontend code professionally (preferred).
Experience leading or contributing to legacy extraction or monolith decomposition efforts (preferred).
